Return Policy and Complaint Procedure

At Fansixx, we strive to ensure your maximum satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or if there are any issues with your ordered items, we offer a simple return and complaint process.
1. Conditions for Returns
If you wish to return purchased items, the following conditions apply:
- Return Period: You may return items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
- Condition of Goods: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and with all original tags.
- Exceptions: Certain products, such as hygiene items or personalized products, cannot be returned. If the item is damaged by the customer, the return will not be possible.
2. How to Return Items
To return items, please follow these steps:

- After receiving confirmation from us, send the items back to the provided address.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective. Shipping costs for returned items are not covered.
- We recommend using tracked shipping to ensure that the returned items arrive safely.
3. Refund Process
- Refund Method: After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will issue a refund using the same method that was used for the original payment (e.g., to the credit card or PayPal).
- Refund Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items. We will notify you of the refund via email.
4. Defective Product Claims
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, you can file a complaint following this procedure:

- Wait for our confirmation and instructions on how to return or exchange the item.
- All costs associated with the complaint of defective goods will be borne by Fansixx.
5. Exceptions to Complaints
The warranty does not cover items that are damaged due to improper use, mechanical damage, or wear and tear caused by normal usage.
6. Defective or Damaged Products
If you received defective or damaged products, please contact us with images of the product within 7 days. We will gladly send out a replacement order or issue you a full refund.
7. Lost Shipments During Transit
By ordering from us, you agree to our shipping times. Most orders are delivered within the specified timeframes; however, external factors, such as customs inspections, can sometimes cause delays. If the shipping time of your order exceeds our stated timeframe by 10 business days, you can contact us, and we will gladly send out a replacement order or issue a full refund.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
fansixx.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided at the time of order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate the situation.
