At Fansixx, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below is an overview of our shipping options, payment methods, and related policies to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
1. Shipping Options
We offer several shipping methods that you can choose from when completing your order:

Standard Shipping: Standard delivery to your address through a regular courier service. Shipping is charged, and the cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days within the Czech Republic, and 7-15 business days internationally, depending on location.

Pick-up from a Pick-up Point: You can pick up your order at the following locations:
- Horská 190, 543 02 Hořejší Vrchlabí, Czech Republic
- Kabešova, Prague 9, 190 00, Czech Republic
After purchasing and selecting pick-up, we will contact you within 48 hours to arrange the details.

International Shipping: We ship to a variety of countries worldwide, with delivery times varying depending on location and customs processing. Please note that international shipping may take 7-15 business days after shipment. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
With this payment method, you pay upon receipt of the goods, either at your delivery address or when picking up the order in person. This service is only available in areas where the Zásilkovna delivery service operates. A fee will be applied for cash on delivery, which will be displayed when selecting this payment option.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package's delivery status.
5. Delivery Delays
While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs inspections, postal strikes, or inclement weather. We will keep you informed in case of delays.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Fansixx is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the shipping company. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at fansixx.com@gmail.com, and we will assist you.
7. Missing or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items at fansixx.com@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund. If your order is missing, and tracking shows it was not delivered within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us for a replacement or refund.
8. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. If you are located in a country where we do not currently ship, please contact us for alternative arrangements.
