At Fansixx, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below is an overview of our shipping process, estimated delivery times, and related policies.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with a shipping confirmation.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after shipment (within the Czech Republic).
  • International Shipping: 7-15 business days after shipment (depending on location).

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. International Shipping

We currently ship to a number of countries worldwide. Please note that international shipping times may vary depending on your location and customs processing in your country.
Any customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your country’s customs office are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order until delivery.

5. Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, delays can sometimes occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs inspections, postal strikes, or inclement weather. In the event of a delay, we will keep you informed.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Fansixx is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the shipping company. If you suspect your package has been lost or stolen, please contact us at fansixx.com@gmail.com, and we will assist in resolving the situation.

7. Missing or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately within 10 days of the delivery date with photos of the damaged item(s) at fansixx.com@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
If your order does not arrive, and tracking shows it was not delivered within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, contact us, and we will arrange a replacement order or refund.

8. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
If you are located in a country where we do not currently ship, please contact us for alternative arrangements.
